It Was Him! Murderer (Chapter 1)

It was Deccember the 3rd and me and my father were alone in my house. We were watching X factor and suddenly the power went out. My father went to the fuse box in the kitchen. Whilst the power was off I was petrified of the darkness. I watched my dad go into the kitchen. A shadow emerged from the darkness and a knife plunged into his back…
He collapsed onto the floor. The killer broke the window and jumped into the backgarden. It was a man, he was wearing a green jacket and shades that covered half of his face. I ran after him  however it was too late he had escaped and my dad was dead!
I dropped on to the floor sobbing my heart out over my fathers death. “It should have been me”, I said to myself. I wish I could go back in time and change everything, but I couldn’t it was too late. I looked at the glass that scattered across the tiled floor. I swept it all up and poured it in the bin. His body was still on the floor and blood was still oozing out of him. I knew what I had to do. I had to find the killer!

This my favourite song, by my favourite band and at our leavers assembly it was played when photographs were shown of our time at Heathfeild, so its even more special to me now. But playing a song called “Good Riddance”at our leavers assembly could mean something else-Ha Ha!

I have loved my seven years at Heathfield and thank you to everyone who has helped me through it,its strange thinking its not my school anymore but everyone has got to move on.I am going to miss all the teachers and my friends but some of us will keep friends even though we will go to different schools.

Thanks to everyone who has left comments, good luck messages and read our Y6 blog, and I will post updates on here about my new school.

On the last day I wasn’t feeling 100% but it still was  a very emotional day and I hope someday you have “the time of your life!!!”

Cheers
John

Yesterday was a great day with a really sad finish. Everyone burst into tears as we left the school that built us up, Heathfield. Mr. Mitchell played our greatest memories and a video and it was the saddest thing seeing it dissapear after 2pm. After 2pm we all took pictures of each other to remember others when we are even in high school. I gave presents to  my teachers and had a picture with them to remember them by. At Heathfield I had the time of my life!

Bye For Now!

Sprained my arm…

Yesterday, I went to Ju-Jitsu and we were practicing some body drops and some defenses. When my partner was doing a body drop on my, he did it wrong and I flipped over and landed on my wrist. I couldn’t move my wrist, so my Sensei had told me to sit out. Luckily, it wasn’t my writing hand. At the end of Ju-Ju-Jitsu, Sensei give out our belts. I had moved from orange belt to green belt. After handing the belts out I had been given a trophy for star student, because it was my last Ju-Jistu Session at school. I was so happy I got the trophy and my Mum was very proud when I showed it her. But the big problem was I had to do my Mosque exams with a sprained left arm. I could write properly, but it was a struggle. When my Mum picked me up from mosque she took me to the hospital straight away. That had told me I had not broken it, but it could have been broken if I had been dropped harder. They told me it was sprained and my wrist wouldn’t be active for a couple of days. I was relieved I didn’t break my arm. It was a bad day followed by a good finish.

Well, I knew you’d do it! With one week to go you are now ranked Google number 1 when searching for ‘Year 6 Blog’! Well done! You have overtaken last year’s Year 6 blog which has now been demoted to 2nd place. I know it has been your goal this year to knock them off the ‘number 1′ ranking and what better timing than with one week to go!

I know it means quite a lot to you all to stamp your authority on Blogging at Heathfield and you have certainly done that in the short amount of time you have been blogging.

Take a look for yourselves!

Last year’s Year 6 were sensational bloggers and you guys are now even better. Is there a better word for sensational?

Well done! I would be interested to hear from you via a comment as to what it means to you? Why is it so important to you to become Google’s number 1 lists Year 6 Blog? I’m sure your readers would like to know too!

All of year 6 know that a few people at Heathfield whet to Mount St Joseph on Thursday and Friday. However my form teacher are called Mr Early and Mrs Taylor, my class prefects are called Hannah, Liam, Beth and Declan. I was a bit scary on the first day but when I meat people from a different school (High field). When I was going to the bus stop in the morning and we spotted Saskia in the car and I told her that it’s is not scary!

I hope you had fun at  your High school!

Why is Blogging cool? (By Maryam).

Before Mr.Mitchell came to our school, we always wrote in books and hardly used the computers. But ever since Mr. Mitchell has come its different. Blogging is a way to show off your work to the the world, instead of the same teacher all the time. You get comments, which really makes a different, and the comments help you improve, because sometimes they are advice. Plus, blogging has had a ‘HUGE’ impact on my learning, and to other pupils at Heathfield too. I recommend blogs for other schools too, and Im sure they would enjoy it. Thankyou for reading.

Persuasive letter to Police Inspector Newcomen ( By John and Liam )

Filed under: Literacy @ 10:58 am

Police Inspector Newcomen
Police Headquaters
London
20th April 1901

Dear Police Inspector Newcomen,
I am writing to you to inform you about the Mysterious Mr.Hyde, he has acted suspiciously over the past 2 Years. Unfortunately I’m accusing him of many different crimes such as: Framing Dr.Jekyll, Burglary, Blackmailing and Murder.

Framing anyone is mad enough, but framingg an high class business man is insane. He has been suspected to have broke into Dr. Jekyll ‘s home, and stole his walking tick, which an hour later became a murder wepon, which cut Sir Davens Carews life short. The murder took place on the 13th April, we have an eyewitness which is a servant girl from Dr.Jeklls house. It is a shame as Sir Davens Carew was such a loyal man. Would you like a murder to be walking around your town a night?

Hyde has also blackmailed Dr. Jekyll to pay him money. We know this because when we asked him for money for a terrible crime he commited,  he came out with a cheque signed by Dr. Jekyll. Do you really want to pay this man 200 shillngs a month.

Since Mr. Hyde has been in town Dr . Jekyll has been acting rather percueliar, it is thought that he is trying to hide from Hyde because Hyde is blackmailing him.

So with your help we can take Hyde down. We can use your suplliances, my ideas, and your money to capture him  and put him away for a couple of years, to teach him a lesson.

yours sincerely,
Mr. Utterson.

Persuasive Letter!!!

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 10:53 am

Police Inspector Therefore I have reasons to suspect foul play on parts of Mr Hyde, which could include: violence, blood and even murder!

My first concern about Dr Jekyll staff and the police suspect that the to me may be good friends. Many people are very concerned that this will create  a reputation. Has Hyde changed?

Moreover, patients and staff have been deeply in troubled, by the mysterious appearance Dr Jekyll’s walking stick. While this may points to Jekyll being accomplice this dreadful murder. Could he not be friends?

Finally, Jekyll has been acting very wierd . Ever since Mr Hyde was seen he has been acting very weird. Is Jekyll being held hostage?

In conclusion, there a numerous of major cases that need solving.
Is it going to be sorted before someone dose something stupid?…
Will this ever be solved?

Your sincerely
Mr.Utterson.
